We don't use any industrially pre-processed ingredients, concentrates, spices or flavourings. Neither do we use frozen meats, fish or vegetables. Unless indicated, e.g. when preparing traditional recipes, we fry everything in quality olive oil. All meals are flavoured only with herbs, sea salt, fresh pepper, stock or base sauces.
